Terms & Conditions 

1. General Information

By booking an appointment with Pinto Repair through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth workflow, protect both the client and the workshop, and guarantee professional, high-quality service.

  • Pinto Repair provides automotive maintenance and repair services.

  • All bookings are made through the official website and are subject to workshop availability.

  • The booking fee is $50, which secures your appointment but is subject to the terms below.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • The booking fee of $50 reserves your place in the workshop schedule.

  • All appointments are subject to workshop availability.

  • Pinto Repair reserves the right to reschedule appointments based on operational needs, notifying the client and offering the next available date.

3. Cancellations by Client

  • With at least 24 hours’ notice: The booking fee will be retained as a full credit, which can be used for a new appointment within 30 days.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the booking fee ($25) can be used as a credit for a rescheduled appointment, scheduled according to workshop availability.

  • No-show (no notification): 25% of the booking fee ($12.50) can be used as a credit for a rescheduled appointment, scheduled according to workshop availability.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only for services offered by Pinto Repair.

4. Rescheduling by Client

  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to workshop availability.

  • Pinto Repair does not guarantee the same date or time as the original appointment.

  • Clients are encouraged to book as early as possible to secure preferred slots.

5. Late Arrivals

  • Up to 20 minutes late: Pinto Repair will make every effort to accommodate your service on the same day or offer the next available time slot.

  • More than 20 minutes late: The appointment will be rescheduled, with the booking fee retained as a full credit. The new date will be assigned according to workshop availability.

  • If the day is fully booked, Pinto Repair will schedule the next available date without additional penalties.

6. Cancellations by Pinto Repair

  • In cases where Pinto Repair must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to operational, technical, or emergency reasons:

  • A new available date will be offered, or

  • A full refund of the booking fee ($50) will be issued if the client prefers.

7. Service Conditions

  • The booking secures only the reserved services; any additional work will be quoted and charged separately.

  • Clients must provide accurate information about their vehicle and the services required.

  • Pinto Repair is not responsible for pre-existing or existing damages on the vehicle.

  • Service prices may vary depending on complexity or parts required; any adjustments will be confirmed before work begins.

8. Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in advance via the website to secure the appointment.

  • The booking fee is non-refundable, except when the cancellation is initiated by Pinto Repair.

  • Payments for services beyond the booking fee are due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability and Limitation

  • Pinto Repair is committed to providing professional automotive services.

  • The workshop is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen emergencies.

  • The workshop’s responsibility is limited solely to the services performed during the appointment.

10. Force Majeure

  • Pinto Repair is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including emergencies, extreme weather, technical failures, or other unforeseen situations.

  • In such cases, the booking will remain as credit or may be refunded if preferred by the client.

11. Safety and Hygiene Rules

  • Clients must comply with workshop safety and hygiene rules.

  • Pinto Repair may require specific protocols to protect staff and vehicles, which must be followed.

12. Communication Policy

  • All notifications regarding bookings, changes, confirmations, or reminders will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and act on these communications.

13. Privacy

  • AutoService respects your privacy and will use your personal data solely to manage bookings, provide services, and communicate relevant information.

  • Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal obligations.

14. Acceptance

  • By booking an appointment with Pinto Repair, clients acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

  • Pinto Repair reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; changes will be published on the website and will apply to future bookings.
