Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation The booking fee is $50, which secures your place on our schedule. All appointments are subject to workshop availability. If, for operational reasons, we need to reschedule your appointment, we will contact you to offer the next available date. 2. Cancellations with Notice If you need to cancel and notify us at least 24 hours in advance: ✔ Your booking fee ($50) will be kept as a full credit ✔ The credit can be used for a new appointment within 30 days ✔ Rescheduling will be based on workshop availability 3. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours) If you cancel within less than 24 hours: ✔ The booking fee is non-refundable ✔ You can use $25 as a credit for a rescheduled appointment ✔ The new appointment will be scheduled based on availability This ensures our schedule remains organized and respects the technical team's time. 4. No Show If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us: ✔ The booking fee is non-refundable ✔ You can still use $15 as a credit for a new appointment ✔ Rescheduling will be based on availability 5. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled according to workshop availability. We may not always be able to offer the same time or date, but we will do our best to provide the closest possible option. 6. Late Arrivals We understand delays can happen due to traffic or unforeseen events. Arrivals up to 20 minutes late We will do our best to accommodate you on the same day: ✔ We will try to perform the service within the same shift ✔ If not possible, we will offer the next available time slot on the same day (if possible) Arrivals more than 20 minutes late If the delay exceeds 20 minutes: ✔ Your appointment will be rescheduled ✔ Your booking fee will remain as a full credit ✔ The new date will be assigned based on workshop availability If the day is fully booked, we will schedule the next available date without additional penalties. 7. Cancellations by the Workshop If Pinto Repair needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to operational reasons: ✔ We will offer you a new available date if you prefer, we will provide a full refund of the $50 8. Refunds The booking fee is non-refundable, except when the cancellation is made by the workshop. Credits can only be used for workshop services and must be used within the specified period.
